Meet Naushad

I love words, writing, and the English language. I am particularly passionate about helping young people find their voice, tell their stories, and write well. That's why I started Inspired Essays. It's my way of taking my wisdom, expertise, and heart, and helping a new generation of students gain admission into their top-choice colleges.

I hold a bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy, and a master's degree in Journalism from Syracuse University's SI Newhouse School of Public Communications. I have worked as a professional journalist with TIME magazine, a business owner of a multi-million dollar home furnishings company, and now as a writing coach and founder of Inspired Essays. I believe every person has a story to tell. It's my job to help you tell your story so it connects with readers.

To me, every person I work with is unique and every essay matters. I love helping my students achieve their college-admission dreams, and consider it a privilege to serve as their guide and mentor.
